前三回のBBC meetupでは市場で流通しているトークンを分類して現状の分析を試み、とりわけトークンエコノミーと呼ばれる経済体型の設計に焦点を当ててブロックチェーントークンデザインの最新動向について掘り下げました。

トークンの価値はある特定コミュニティー内でのエコシステムで循環する資産や権利の所有持分（例：物権、使用権、株式所有権など）の総合価値と連動するトークンの流通設計、処理速度や流通量などの流通システムとも密接な関係性を持っています。

トークンのファンダメンタルズ価値はプロジェクトの将来性と実行チームのレピュテーション、リンクする資産やトークンの設計に依存しますが、それに匹敵するほどトークン価値に影響力を及ぼすセカンダリーマーケットでの流通環境は現在どのような様相を呈しているのでしょうか？

今月からのBBC meetupでは、オリジナルのリサーチに基づき、3回にわたって、トークンのセカンダリーマーケットの主要な流通経路（仮想通貨取引所、ウォレット、OTCトレードなど）に関する最新動向の分析を皆様と共用しながら、議論を深めたいと考えております。

【第13回meetup】

今回のBBC meetup では爆発的な成長を見せている仮想通貨取引所群に焦点を当てます。現在世界中の仮想通過取引所の数はすでに10,000箇所を超えていると言われており、そのうち正常に稼働しているのは２００カ所ほどで、約2000種類の仮想通貨が日々取引されています。仮想通貨の総合市場価値はすでに2300億ドルを超えたと言われています。(ソース：https://coinmarketcap.com/ ，http://www.dayqkl.com/news/34863.html)

現在セカンダリーマーケットで流通している仮想通貨たちはビットコインが最初に掲げた仮想通貨の理念をともにするものなのか？その現状、未来の発展はいかがなものになるのか？なお、トークンの上場戦略によって、トークンの流動性と値動きはどのように変わっていくでしょうか？

ABCC Exchange - Chris Chen (Global Business Development Manager)

オーストラリアで商業専門を勉強し、卒業後に最大のソーシャル取引プラットフォー「eToro」に参加。株式や外国為替取引のスキルを獲得した上で2017年の初めから急速に成長するブロックチェーン業界に強い興味を持ち、ブロックチェーンや仮想通貨に注目し始め、現在はABCCのグローバルビジネス開発を担当している。

清華大学インターネット産業研究所 - Cai Xia, Gao(研究員)

北京郵電大学卒業後、北京航空航天大学にてMBAを取得。NEC、日立などの日系大手やブロックチェーン会社に勤務し、長年のプロジェクトの管理経験があり、ISO27001(情报セキュリティ)主任審査員の資格を持っている。『ブロックチェーン:経済と世界を再生』(中信出版社)など複数の本と報告書を出版。現在は清華大学インターネット産業研究院の研究員であり、ブロックチェーン、トークン流通システムのことを研究している。

Ginco Wallet - 森川夢佑斗 (CEO)

京都大学在学中にAltaApps株式会社を創業し、仮想通貨ウォレットアプリ開発やブロックチェーンに係るコンサルティングを行う。現在は、株式会社GincoのCEOとして、仮想通貨時代の新たな銀行の構築を目指している。著書に『ブロックチェーン入門』（ベスト新書）、『一冊でまるわかり暗号通貨2016~2017』（幻冬舎）など。つい最近、「ブロックチェーンの描く未来」を出版し、新しい定義やテクノロジーが何を変えるのかを説明する。

早稲田大学先端ベンチャー・起業家研究所研究員 -Jack Xie

香港中文大学商学部卒、早稲田大学にてMBAを取得後、日本のシンクタンクである大和総研に入社、ベンチャー投資リサーチチームで主任研究員の経験を経て、香港大和キャピタルマーケッツでパンアジア株市場の投資リサーチの戦略企画リーダーを担当。日本ベンチャーキャピタル協会主催のカンファレンスにて登壇経験あり。日中の金融事情について精通し、複数のベンチャー立ち上げの経験。現在は仮想通貨投資情報アプリCoinfoの開発プロジェクトに参画し、仮想通貨取引所やブロックチェーンプロジェクトにも強いネットワークを持つ。

In the previous three BBC meetups, BBC analyzed the current situation by classifying the major tokens that are on the market and explained the economic structure of the token economy by introducing the latest token design trends.

Token is an asset or equity instrument that circulates within a particular industry environment.The value of the token does not only closely linked with the total value of the attached ownership interests (eg, property rights, usage rights, share ownership, etc.), but where tokens are being circulated will also affected its liquidity due to varied platform structure, the velocity of circulation , and distribution volume in the Token Circulation System

Normally, the fundamental value of the token depends on the execution team's reputation, project’s future, and the design of the assets bonded with the token. However, how is the secondary market environment not part of token’s fundamental value affecting the token price’s so significantly? And how does the secondary market environment functions?

Therefore, for the next 3 BBC meetups, BBC will introduce token circulation system with BBC’s original research along with great speakers to share the analysis of the latest trends of token's secondary distribution environment (Exchange, wallet, OTC , etc.)

【BBC #13 Meetup】

For BBC#13 meetup, BBC will take a closer look at how virtual currency exchanges that grew exponentially.

According to several statistical websites, there are 2000 tokens on the market and over 10,000 exchanges in the world, of which about 200 exchanges are being traded frequently. Currently, the market cap for cryptocurrencies is believed to have already exceeded $ 230 billion. (Source: https://coinmarketcap.com/ ，http://www.dayqkl.com/news/34863.html)

However, top exchanges are being questioned by a research report pinpointing that many exchanges are secretly creating transactions to rank up their rankings. More surprisingly, two-third of the investigated top exchanges are believed to have engaged in wash trading from 12x to over 100x their actual trade volume. 【Speakers】

ABCC Exchange - Chris Chen (Global Business Development Manager)

Chris came from a Commerce background during his early days when he was studying in Australia. After graduating, he joined the largest social trading platform eToro where he gained his trading skills in stocks and forex. Since early 2017, with the fast growing market in the Blockchain industry, Chris has developed strong interests and experience in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. Now he is in charge of the global business development at ABCC exchange.

Institute of Internet Industry, Tsinghua University - Cai Xia, Gao(Researcher)

After graduating from Beijing Post and Telephone University, Cai Xia obtained MBA from Beijing Aerospace University. She obtained information management experience for major Japanese companies such as NEC, Hitachi, and other blockchain companies. Moreover, Cai Xia is ISO 27001 (Information Security) chief auditor and has written several books and reports such as "Blockchain : Revitalizing the Economy and the World" (CITIC Press Corporation). Currently, she works as a researcher at Tsinghua University Internet Industry Research Institute and is researching on blockchains and token circulation systems.

Ginco Wallet - Muuto Morigawa (CEO)

While studying at Kyoto University Law School, Muuto has researched and began to write about blockchain and cryptocurrency. Many of his publication has become the teaching materials for the industry. For example, the "Introduction to Block Chain" became the best new book and "One Cursor Cryptic Currency" is collected by the famous publisher Gentosha (幻冬舎).

Muuto has also founded Altapps Co., Ltd. and is now the CEO of Ginco.Co. Ltd., which he created the universal wallet for Japanese users.

Waseda University Advanced Institute of Venture and Entrepreneur -Jack Xie (Researcher)

Jack received MBA degree from Waseda University and BBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduation, Jack pursuits his career in financial sector and was the senior analyst at Daiwa Institute of Research where he was in charge of research on venture capital investment. Later Jack became the associate director of Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong Limited where he was responsible for the strategic planning of investment research in Pan Asia stock market.
